This dessert is decadent – and SOOOOO easy – even at the last minute. It’s bound to get rave reviews from your dinner guests and they’ll think you spent hours putting it together. As a residential real estate agent (and now, chronic blogger), time is something I don’t have much of – off early in the morning to the office, showing homes until late afternoon, then on the phone most off the evening. I love to find a recipe that’s easy and delicious. Check out this great dessert:
Ingredients:
Chocolate graham cracker pie crust (Store bought)
1 quart of vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup of Cool Whip or whipped cream
1 cup of Chunky Peanut Butter
Topping of your choice: Nutella, chocolate sauce, butterscotch topping or crushed peanuts.
Refrigerate pie crust until cold. Put ice cream in large bowl and allow it to soften somewhat. Add vanilla and stir gently. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie crust and freeze until ready to serve. Cut slices and drizzle each with Nutella, chocolate sauce, butterscotch topping or crushed peanuts. The photo shows Nutella – it was AMAZING!
